the sky
it spews color
across itself
from horizon to horizon
filling the air between
everything is suddenly
vibrant, and I
caught in the middle
embracing the moment
all thoughts
of a life
lived, full of longing,
forgotten memories,
love and everything lost,
is gone
and in this moment
all there is
is here
in the skies
spread forth
across my vision
swirling together
like tornados of wonder
spraying vibrancy
like an ocean of paint
the sun
it sparkles across the surface
and the beauty
of all that is
rains down upon me
