some people
spend a lifetime
exploring the world
space, worlds beyond
but we
have delved inwards
into the self
deep into the mind
looping around
experience
many times over
appearing within
the ideas
and imagination
expansive
dark at first,
but an inner light
it shines and guides the path,
and we walk it,
deeper into ourselves
the strength of us
is found, and we
emerge
better than before
an enlightenment
