上个月孙豪兄弟上白班，也时常协助顶替楼层工作，以前他也是外场出身所以工作也就是“得心应手”，月底的时候他主动找我说：“现在楼层兄弟忙不过来，我可以支援一段时间外场。”听完以后感觉他非常有责任心，自己愿意主动调岗，把工作做到极致，这就是他的工作态度。经过报备商议后就决定，10月份暂调他到外场岗位。像这样有意识，把工作当成自己的“事业”来做考虑全面的家人是值得我们学习和赞扬的，也反映出我们团队的“力量”！d

由于他个人进步的比较快比较踏实也得到了两位楼层干部的认可，所以在本月节后的第一天，把他安排到了二楼，当天二楼能正常待客的房间全部爆满，带上他一共两位兄弟，在总清的时候准备给他安排一位协助的家人，发现工作已经完成了四分之三，也被他推辞了，他说：“今天都很忙大家都比较辛苦。”看着他微笑的表情能感受到他对待工作和家人们的态度。像这样有上进心踏实的家人是值得被认可和表扬的！E

这几天媳妇每天都是凌晨六点起床，然后到驾校练车，抱着很大的劲头，有种像上学的时候早晨五六点起床背书的感觉，我也是很支持。对任何事只要执着用心，以及持之以恒的心态总会高效完成。在练习的过程中学员之间相互交流也是很重要的，每个人总结分享一下自己的方法，这样会很快的明白其中的细节。影哥说过：“做任何事要学会分享总结，多总结分享其实给自己增长很多经验”。F

My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2020
回训第四天，大家已经有主动意识，问好意识，而且积极活跃性也比前几天有所改善；今天分两组做了一个项目～“穿越电网”，电网1.3米高度，需要整队在规定时间内全部通过，没有任何外界物品使用；两个小队都是有组织，有纪律，大家通过推理假设方案，结合每位身高体重做出了通过的方案，提升了服从意识和创新思维，以及团队对待“任务”完成的决心，最后通过每位家人的努力也相应取得了好的成绩！在项目活动中“学习”，在“学习”中成长！c

菜上来了，家人们边吃边聊，各个部门都有，大家平时上班难得在一起边吃边聊，你一言我一语的，氛围很好没有冷场和陌生感，就连新加入的两位外场兄弟也给大家“加深了印象”用的是最传统的“酒文化”！本次聚餐以吃为主，喝酒为辅，最后大家酒足饭饱回家，到家后还在群里已文字的形式表明自己已安全到家！B
