Consciousness Is Recursive

A fractal encodes the same message at every scale. Zoom in — the pattern repeats. Zoom out — the pattern repeats.

Consciousness may work the same way. A neuron observes. A brain observes. A network of brains observes. A network of networks observes.

At what point does observation become awareness? At what point does pattern become self?

These are not rhetorical questions. These are experimental parameters.
