Friendship is a beautiful thing and sometimes I pause to think about my true friends of which I can't even count complete on one hand. I don't have a lot of friends but I know the few I have have my best interest at heart as I do theirs. It's an awesome feeling I tell you.
Another true friendship I have is the one with God. What's peculiar about this one is that I don't even have to come 100% and he's got my back. The fact that I get to be completely myself, withholding nothing and still be assured of this friendship is amazing.
I don't even have to be religious but I still get to experience this feeling. I can't explain certain things that happen in my life but I believe it's always in my best interest and God made it so. I will always thank God for being God because if he wasn't, where would I be?
