Got to love DIY! We built (not us but a builder) a brand new home that was completed and thankfully have not had a single defect to date.
The only thing I didn't like was the silicone they used around the kitchen sink. Below was me ripping it out before cleaning it out and replacing it with a clear waterproof silicone.
Got a decent step count by mowing the lawn, trimming the edges and doing some levelling works with a pickaxe to prepare for an outdoor deck to go in.
