Socialism is the opposite pole to free market economy to me.

Socialism = centralized, authority, monopoly money, no real competition and absolutely no self-regulating, open, free market economies.

To be fair: We don't have hardcore socialism like the commies or nazis did..

but we have international, globalised corporatism, (big monopoly states and big monopoly companies (food, tech, everything regulated and monopolized)
