Living close (not too close) to the sea is my dream for sure. That seaside air makes all the difference, and warmer temperatures are a plus. I know that "close to home places" paradox. It is too obvious and too close to see, I guess. Sometimes must kick myself in the butt to go and discover my radius. Have a nice day
