But I could definitely say that with confidence, or even by pretending to be confident, you can do a lot of things.

P2P transactions always have a lot of risks involved.
There are a lot of scammers, people motivated by greed, so you need to be very careful.
It's a lesson for you, and also to everybody transacting in Binance and others.
I think you should report that guy.
