I haven't thought much about it (which means I'm part of the undecided group), so reading your post really gave me nice insights.
I agree on you on most parts, but I still think it's the real you, with surgery or not - I mean what matters most is the inside - your character, your personality, your attitude.
I think there are those people who are in favor of cosmetic surgery because it relieves their pain or discomfort. Sure it would be nice to live with whatever you're given to but it's not really applicable to everybody else. But since this is your perspective, I respect that 😅
