Though I dont agree with driving impaired, I woukd say that yes, someone high on Cannabis is a safer driver.

The legal age is dependant on province, not federally appointed. Here in Alberta the age is 18. I honestly think that the black market will suffer. I buy RX now online and prices are currently cheaper

The wife and i went in Feb a few years back. It rained 1 hr in the 4 weeks we were there. Koh Lanta was my favorite place to be. Met some amazing people there......
