This song is trying to make us understand that there is a fountain of living waters which is called the Holy Spirit that is predestined to flow from within us
and out of her belly shall flow the presence of the Lord from every nation, from every kingdom. That kings, people, gentiles, they will come and drink from our fountain. So as Christians, we are supposed to release the presence of the Lord from within us.
