How can pob hold it's value and not decrease in value

I believe we have difference way to handle a situation like this, is just like when the value of currency is low what can the country do..

First thing is to look at the circulation did will have more pob in circulation that is making people to sell anyhow

If yes then we take a step of reducing the way pob is being distributed, which will definitely make people to hold their pob more with selling it out and if such thing happened people that are willing to buy will place an higher rate to buy what their want
