I think that someone who knows what they are writing can give their opinion of a story or a movie without needing to be so specific or describe exact scenes from that movie.

That is why many people have no idea that they aren't writing a genuine review (or, if they do know, they simply don't care about continuing to do it the wrong way).

It's quite sad, anyway.
