Not only for their sincerity, but for their quality of the work (which goes far beyond writing and publishing posts).

The example I mentioned about getting rewards without helping the ecosystem fits perfectly with the point I was making. The post might be high-quality, but what is the use of "draining" everything without feeding the ecosystem?
