Considering the pace of life in which the vast majority of society lives today, the question that is the title of this post may be something not so easy to answer.
The day is 24 hours, but it seems that for many people, this time is not enough to do all the daily chores and still take time for yourself (something that is of utmost importance for personal maintenance).
However, when that break at work comes up or you decide to take a "forced" break yourself (postponing some activities that can wait to be done)... What do you usually invest this free time in?
Many people see this time - which is not always free - as an alternative to reprogramming themselves mentally or physically (a process that is usually gradual rather than immediate). Remembering to invest this time in yourself is something everyone should prioritize, after all, this is something no one can do for you.
Benefiting from that time using it to take that good old nap or just thinking about it for a long time - pretending that the world disappears for a few minutes - is not necessarily going to be fundamental in your life (although it is something important to do with it from time to time)... We need to think much further.
Free time will be much freer (mostly listening to yourself more than other people, after all... the needs are yours) if you know how to invest it in your favor and everything will become even more beneficial when you see what has already been gained by investing in the right options.
