originally it was only possible to give a one hundred percent upvote, downvotes were not possible at all and user comments could not be voted on.
I vividly remember this, but comments COULD be voted on. The first big payout I got was from berniesanders giving me a $300 upvote to a comment I made about the ridiculousness of bots. lol
