If you are in a bad mood, do you prefer to be left alone
or have someone to cheer you up?
The bad mood is the feeling that I don't wanna meet the most. However, I can not escape from it. Like walking in the street and you meet one person that you do not want to meet anymore. How would you choose? turn away or walk in another way or keep your direction and ignore him/her. I see my bad mood like the one I don't want to meet again but sometimes, I still have to face or meet them coincidently. Clearly that, both can feel unhappy but we will get through this feeling depending on the time and it could be slow or fast.
In this situation, I will try to get rid of this bad feeling as soon as possible. Mostly I will stay alone to arrange my feeling and swipe out all bad mood out of my mind.
There are many ways for me to do it and my most common way is watching funny videos and movies. A bad mood can come to our life in many ways but dealing with it is the only way we can do.
The more we hide from it, the more it ruins us from the inside. In my perspective, I think it must be released out in any way. That could be alone or rising the signal "I need someone to talk or help me to listen". I think my best friend or my family willing to help me if I need them to talk to help me get rid of my bad mood.
But I usually spend time alone to watch funny videos and movies while dealing with those bad moods. I feel it strongly help me to get out of bad moods. Funny scenes or even a simple way like watching the movie and eating ice cream by the time. It really helped me a lot. I feel like I can forget it soon and back to my normal feelings. There is always a dip in our feelings, I just want to move my feelings to a better and safer place.
However, there are a few bad moods that I can not swallow alone, I literally talked with my best friends.
LOL saying sorry to my best friend, but I really need her to help. If it happens, we will go somewhere to eat and talk about everything. After a girl's date like this, it will help me to feel better very quickly. Because it's not blaming anyone, it just helps me to see this problem in a different way, and we got a new perspective and solution for that.
I think a bad mood is not good for us and sometimes we can not refuse to meet it, therefore, I will always get out of it as soon as I can. Because I felt that I work less effectively and the negative energy from a bad mood can affect others. Therefore, I will try to erase that feeling to let myself not fall down cause of it too much.
