Welcome to Hive! I used to only drink my Local wine, which is Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir, but now have come to love it all, and the drier the better. I have yet to try German Riesling, but I do got a bottle laying down waiting for me to open one of these hot days, CHEERS!
