Welcome to my splinterlands game post. Yesterday I told you about my daily quest. Today I will share my battle with CRUEL SETHROPOD, which is the battle challenge of this week. This is my second challenge post for this week.

- Available Element: All Elements. (Water, Earth, Life, Death, & Dragon)
Selecting battle cards
For SUMMONER: the KELYA FRENDUL card
- The KELYA FRENDUL summoner card costs 4 points of mana and this summoner can increase the number of speed and armor point.
- I do not think the enemy will use cards with magic attack points for this battle. Also, I like to use KELYA FRENDUL as a summoner when playing water quests. So in this battle I used KELYA FRENDUL instead of BORTUS.
For the first Position Tank: SERPENT OF ELD card
- The SERPENT OF ELD card costs 7 points of mana and this card contains 5 points of lives, 2 points of armor points, 3 points of melee attack and 4 points of speed.
- The SERPENT OF ELD of ability is ' Dodge '. The dodge ability has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attack.
- Actually, I wanted to use DIEMONSHARK on the main tank for this battle. However, I chose SERPENT OF ELD as the main tank because I got only a few mana points for this battle.
- I like that the SERPENT OF ELD card has a lot of melee and lives. I think the melee, speed, armor and lives points in SERPENT OF ELD are enough to use as the main tank. That's why I chose SERPENT OF ELD as the main tank in this battle.
For the second position, CRUEL SETHROPOD card
- The CRUEL SETHROPOD card costs 3 points of mana and this card contains 3 points of armor points, 1 point of melee attack, 1 point of speed and 4 points of lives.
- The CRUEL SETHROPOD is the monster for this week's challenge.
- I like that The CRUEL ARTHROPOD has a lot of lives and armor points. However, I do not like the fact that CRUEL ARTHROPOD has only one melee attack point. However, I think the melee attack in CRUEL ARTHROPOD will be useful for this battle.
For the third position, ICE PIXIE card
- The ICE PIXIE card costs only 2 points of mana and this card contains 1 point of life,3 points of speed and 1 point of magic attack.
- The ICE PIXIE of ability is ' Flying '.
- I chose ICE PIXIE for the third position because I wanted to use not only melee attack but also magic attack for this battle.
For the fourth Position: the FURIOUS CHICKEN card
Battle Rounds
Round-1
- In this battle the enemy uses a fire quest and I use water quest. The enemy chose the TARSA card for the summoner card. I chose KELYA FRENDUL for the summoner.
- The enemy summoner card increases the lives points and melee attack points of all the cards on his team. My summoner card increased the speed and armor point of the cards on my team.
- My team starts attacking the enemy's first position and wins the first position card at the beginning of Round-1.
- The enemy attacked my FURIOUS CHICKEN in my last position. However, my FURIOUS CHICKEN card has an armor point so I did not lose in Round-1.
Round-2
- In Round 2, I defeated the enemy CHAOS AGENT again. So the enemy TENYII STRIKER came to the first position.
- Then, until the end of Round-2, the enemy team attacked my first position.
Round-3
- In Round-2, my first position was the target of the enemy, and the enemy TENYII STRIKER had three melee attack points, so when I reached Round-3, my main tank quickly lost.
- When the enemy FIRE ELEMENTAL attacks the main tank, that monster's ability affects my CRUEL SETHROPOD.
Round-4
Round-5
- At the end of Round 3, my CRUEL SETHROPOD came in first position. In Round 4, they defeated TENYII STRIKER.
- In Round-5, my team easily defeated the enemy FIRE ELEMENTAL.
After playing until Round 5, I won this battle. Even after the battle, I still have 3 cards left. This battle is easy for me to play and fun. Even though I got a few mana points, I was able to choose the cards well. The season will end soon. So I have to raise my rating. I'm trying to make the next battle better. That's all for today.
