Welcome to my new post. How are you friends? I think everything will be fine. About two months ago, I talked about repainting rusty metals on the roof. There is still some rust on some of our gates. So my dad and I painted them together yesterday.
What do you like to do on Sundays? Yesterday, Sunday, I helped my father paint without making papercraft and DIY. In fact, I wanted to paint the metal for about a month, but my father was busy and it was raining every day. However, yesterday it was raining and it was Sunday, so my father was off work. So my father and I painted some of the iron together.
There are too many iron rust on our gate. The metal is also exposed to rainwater and has not been painted for three years. I think that's why the rust is coming up. These iron rusts look very ugly.
If do not clean, these iron rusts can eventually damage the gate. In that case, the cost may be higher. Re-painting these metals can save costs and prevent them from being damaged. What do you think?
The color of our gate is soft green color. My father bought two cans of soft green color and silver color because he also wanted to repaint the chains on the front door. About two months ago my dad used turpentine to paint the roof metal, but this time we used 905 thinner.
I was not good at mixing gloss enamel paint with 905 thinner, so my father did it. The soft green color gloss enamel paints were more than we needed and were full in the can, making it difficult to mix with the 905 thinner. So my dad put some gloss enamel paint in a can and mixed it with 905 thinner.
My father mixed silver color gloss enamel paint with 905 thinner as needed in the can. Silver color gloss enamel paint is slightly more expensive than soft green color gloss enamel paint. But I think silver color is more beautiful than soft green color. What do you think?
