If we really want to bear fruit in our lives as Christians, we have to understand that only if we stay close to Jesus can we give those fruits that we love so much.
His word says that we are the branches from which the fruits hang, and it is very easy to understand because he says it.
Basically, if we as children of God do not remain attached to Jesus and his word, we can not bear fruit, just as it happens to a branch that takes off from the tree, but if we live close to Jesus and his teachings, then we will bear fruit galore.
Fruit glorifies the Father and makes you a disciple of Jesus.
Jesus does not want to have only acquaintances or followers, Jesus came to make disciples, and one of the general characteristics of the disciples of Jesus is that they bear much fruit, in a few words do the work of God.
A disciple of Jesus is one who remains attached to the teachings of Jesus, and for them there is a great promise, that whatever they ask of the Father will be done to them.
God has given special power to the prayer of his disciples.
