Friends Jesus knows what it feels like to be betrayed! He was very patient and merciful while His beloved Israel was being unfaithful throughout his history, committing types of spiritual adultery over and over again.
He longs for a town that has eyes only for Him and that does not allow anyone to get in the way, to leave behind the distractions and only for him.
What gives joy to a wife or husband? It is fidelity, the ability to look oneself in the eyes and see confidence. That same Jesus of his people seeks to be faithful to the father and always be attentive to the call of his voice
Can Jesus look into our hearts and trust us safely?
There is a very important word for all this and it is
"FAITH"
in Greek, it means "trust and fidelity"
