How's it going at your end?

Question: When you're inspired and your creative side is awake, but you need to rest, what do you do? Go ahead to create as a voice whispers to you or you take some time to rest and get back to it later?

For me: I go ahead to create, I use voice recorder to get things done as I lie on the couch or bed.
