The little nine pound Havanese is becoming very brave about being in the woods as long as the sun is shining and there are no frogs around. And the ground is dry. And no squirrels are close by. And she has not been outdoors more than five minutes.
After two months, she is making progress in learning that she can go outdoors any time she wants to, but not much progress in wanting to. If she did go outdoors, she may see a frog and then she would have to run, so why bother?
