I tried the luge one summer while in Park city, Utah. A place where the winter Olympics was held in 2002, so the luge I rode was on rollers. It was a tough ride. A quarter had been shaken out of my pocket and lodged between my head and the inside of the helmet. By the time the ride was over the quarter was in a little crumpled ball.
