Hello @marijo0 I read your post and your story is really touching ... I was very impressed when you talk about wars inside our body, and you are really right ... we often get caught up in what happens Externally to us, but the real wars are the internal ones, both from the physical point of view (as in your case) and from the psychological one. We should always take care of ourselves before concentrating on the external word.
