Hello people, I hope you're ok, today I bring you an opinion of a great movie, Psycho. It's quite old, but it's considered one of the classics of history and now more because several years ago there was a series called Bates Motel which tells the story of the protagonist of Psycho but when he was young, that is, the series is a prequel of the movie, but I'll talk about the series in the future, when I finish watching it.
It's an American film which was directed by Alfred Hitchcock, and starring Anthony Perkins, Vera Miles, John Gavin, Martin Balsam and Janet Leigh, was released in 1960, the script of this film is based on the 1959 novel written by Robert Bloch , which at the same time was inspired by the crimes of Ed Gein, a serial killer from Wisconsin.
Source and more information
The film is about a Motel run by a young adult named Norman Bates played by Alfred Hitchcock. In this motel they stay different people who are known in the film, and for different and particular situations end up staying at the motel, and it happens that they are all women and Norman decides to kill them for peculiar reasons, I won't tell you more because I'm going to spoiler you, I'll just tell you that super recommended, the special effects are not the big thing but it's understandable due to the year of the movie but the plot is quite interesting, as always 100% recommended.
