Moving forward as Progress ??
Much similarity as much diffences as written. But these may not be obvious as they could be deployed as synonymous, yet not!!

Movement is of the physical, tangible, location, real etc. Progress is conceptual, a perspective,comparison, not visual but virtuous!!

But in the midst of all these , YOU have made a quantum PROGRESS, even with your movement!!
