The Bible is the Statute reference to ALL Christians!!

In the Bible , it is explicit:

1)Wealth and Riches of Christians is hinged on God and Individual Christians, not on Pastors!!

2) Tithe is a Commandment from God according to Numbers 18: 21--26

3) There are conditional moral stipulates from the Bible which every Christian must adhered to. Thus Pastors ought to preach same time o parishioners .

Yes, Christ came for the Lost sinners, but they are not permitted to remain in sin after conversion!!
