Wow the Asagaya Tanabata festival feels united and specisl for the people there. I mean... if I were also a local there I would love to be part of its fun festival. The games, the activities, and foods especially the popcorn are somewhat a complementary to the exciting feeling you feel. It is nice you showcased such fiesta here in hive.
