Thank you @galenkp for discussing this thing here. I see where you are coming from and we share the same perspective as to how staying in comfort zone encloses someone's skills and potential. I see that the familiar feels safe but it sometimes is not good if it cuts growth. Being uncomfortable starts the process and getting to the other side of the pole is the result. But we still have to make sure that the process,like what you said, the resilience, persistence, endurance, attitudes, etc., matters more.
