"Little Amsterdam of Cebu", whoever made this nickname for Sirao Garden is a genius. It looks like one to be honest. Look at that view and the greens that complement with the blue sky. I can feel the breeze of the place, looks like a relaxing experience indeed. I can stay on that terrace for viewing the magical mountains and will not get tired until evening.
