Good day every!
My answer would be Yes, both in my personal and my professional life, the curriculum books I read then as a child has been helping me alot.
Everything I learnt while I was still in school are the things that made me who I am today.
The teachings, the readings, the learning in general in one way or the other they contributed to my self confidence, self-discipline, self care and my behaviour generally.
Back then in school we were thought how to read and write firstly, then to teaching us morals and self-discipline. We learnt to respect our elders, parents, teachers.
We will read story books on consequences of bad behaviors and the rewards of hard work and good behaviors.
We read books on how to manage our time, and talents. How to be confident, to stand on your words as a person, to be competent and competitive, how to strive to work hard anywhere you find yourself, how to say Yes/No and stand by it.
I learnt a whole lot back then and I can comfortably and confidently say that, they are the pillars to which I stand in both my personal and professional life today.
