There are many interesting things you can do in web 3. I was thinking about creating a DEX that offered to start liquid staked SPS that would allow people to deposit there SPS for a small deposit fee and a split of staking earnings depending on the amount deposited with a min and max split going to the DAO for lsSPS for allowing it to still pay rewards and be liquid and be able to be used in liquidity pools a algo bot vault that manages the lsSPS to maintain the pricing and peg in the lp taking arbitrage as well as being able to borrow against it like DEC and use land staked DEC which would automate land harvests and allow people to deposit land and cards as collateral and receive a collateral unit or cu which would equal one DEC and value cards at CP and use land plots as a buffer for the ltv not counting them but allowing them to be a buffer for ltvs up to 100% of cp of cards or deposited DEC for cus as cards can be burned for dec so it would allow people to deposit cards and get them delegated back to there deck for a fixed amount per cp or for a split of earnings from say there battles or land or anything those cards are used in and it would need to be operated via the profit share feature and have a 1 month of earnings escrow deposited at all times to ensure that if payments are not received for 7 days or something the collateral can be returned less the penalty fee and if the cp is not enough it will be assumed burned and they lose the card or if the card cant be sold it will be burned but likely having cards sell for 1.5-2x at least CP they will be incentivized to not try and screw the protocol out of earnings splits as it would allow them to make money by lending there cus and also borrowing against them or using as futures collateral to hedge there DEC or SPS exposure etc and still use there cards on there land or in there deck or create a ETF style token where people can elect to deposit there card into a card ETF style DAO where there collection is delegated to various accounts owned by the protocol to create decks with cards that are hard to get or create very good decks then let the best scholars play them and have them on a contract where they must play x battles daily, do brawls, play in x tournaments and win a certain percentage to get there base amount then have performance bonuses and deductions if they perform under a certain amount of earnings or % return each season. The profit split would goto the depositors of the ETF and the DAO that creates it with its units that would be created to equal one DEC per DAO unit and be able to be minted and burned and have small fees to mint and burn and also rebates for cards that are needed so if there is a card that is rare they could get a mint payment with a lock up time plus get season distributions or monthly distributions of x% of the total net income. Also the Fund would use at least 10 accounts to open 10 nodes and everyone must use all there SPS to vote on each node so all 10 votes would be going to the protocols nodes multiplying the %x 10 and the members would get a quarterly distribution of SPS from the extra nodes in vouchers using all the vouchers earned to distribute them from the 10 nodes to the members voting there stake on the 10 nodes and if they do 9 they will be penalized 2x the % for each node so by 5 out of 10 they get a min amount which lowers there weight in the pool compared to SPS staked by 99% so there distribution will be small as getting many peoples SPS deposited in the multi sig account and delegated back to there account but used to vote on the protocols nodes would capture enough SPS to make it have a large vote for proposals and could influence like a whale and block proposals that are not favorable to the DAOs members and the protocol potentially. The earnings going to the DAO treasury would be used to obtain non SPL funds with 75% so it could be diversified and operate without SPL and SPL would eventually be only one part and it would operate in many different markets stating with gaming and other games as well as potentially hosted mining or buying GPUS to rent out to people needing compute as well. For people who would want to be founders or general partners and actually operate the DAOs daily operations for this they would be members of a partnership/LLC and receive a schedule K-1 for tax purposes and likely at first need to be in the US or have a joint venture with someone running a company in another country that would just split the DAO units by the companies contribution to it and then would vote by the amount of units the companies own each and would look though to the individual owners votes to total them up and also issue additional units to investors though crowd funding and using crowd safes like options that would depend on the DAO raising another round to execute at a option valuation cap which allows capital to be raised with little risk and if a bigger round is raised then they payout can be large to the early investors but if it fails then the money is lost and once it would expand more it would issue straight equity units or preferred DAO units that are passive and part of a feeder fund as well as issue debt units from another feeder fund both with minimum return targets and a split if certain hurdles are met. Then could allow the DAO members to put there units up for collateral and borrow against them or offer there units or some for the insurance fund in the DEX to allow them to receive payments and risk a portion if the DEX failed and needed to payout loans or meet obligations the insurance fund would be sold or the assets owned by each unit liquidated but likely sold to another member for a discounted price to avoid unnecessary fees and disruption to strategies. Maybe have a copy trading vault of vaults as well and create a sub dao that allocates money to various vault strategies across 10-100 vault strategies and uses AI to assess risk and create a AI agent team that balances the risk and reward allocations between the vaults and coordinates with airdrops like on perp dexs so hedging can be done in a way where the max volume is attained for the cheapest cost or a small profit as it would offer the ability to trade to depositors though a vault that would execute there trades though the DEXs account on each perp dex or other airdrop activity would be performed if it could be done say if there is a airdrop to hold liquidity on a layer 2 then swaps or trades may be made on that layer two to increase the airdrop whenever it costs the same or can be made to break even with other options and also maximize the arbitrage between perp dexes to get more volume and more airdrops. If you can automate these things you can get large airdrops as it takes forever if you do it manually and its less efficient and tedious like i did a airdrop where I got like half the volume for one month which gave me 4000 dollars and cost me 500 dollars to get it but I spent a lot of time trading thousands of time s back and forth lol. Automating these things with AI agents and automated smart contract vaults i think can be huge if they are executed efficiently and you find a edge and also allow AI to build programs that can perform better than a human can and pull info faster as well as use its data to learn and predict what will happen more accurately and learn as it goes. Also want to try out prediction market arbitrage trying to buy both sides of a contract for less than a dollar which prob cant be done unless automated but if you can get a program to do it you can print money with that as the markets are still inefficient in crypto and offer a of arbitrage opportunity's for fast automated funds and market makers or airdrop farmers that can create even a virtual order book and update futures dex positions behind it with collateral to cover the synthetic positions by 150% and trade on the dexs offering a huge amount of airdrop volume to get tokens and sell them and stake them to get rebates on maker taker volume.
