In the early days of this project I talked a lot about the power of the community and the powerful social economic community we could build.
We are seeing the advantages of having a community support projects like Leo and Splinterlands while they are small and building, but then seeing the project it's self out grow our current community and give back by reaching well past where we currently are. As they grow into new market segments, we add to the community and the cycle continues enriching both the community and the apps.
We are seeing apps like Punk, Splinterlands, Cub, increase the wealth and purchase power of the community, and so it grows.
The power of this cycle ensures that we survive downtime, early launch of projects and then when the cycle is in full swing, it enriches everyone in the circle.
If you look at the accounts that were active all through the cycle, you tend to see success stories. The apps that ground through the bear season and kept improving and building are getting to the payoff now. And the cycle will repeat a little larger than the last time.
Don't forget though as Facebook makes the Metaverse a household name, we are already on a small scale doing what Zuck wants to achieve. A social economic circle where people socialize, spend, save, play and launch new projects. But he wants to control and profit from the entire circle. In our circle we have profit sharing.
I think Hive will continue to thrive as the world tries to figure out where web 3 and the Metaverse collide.
