Yes, it is I usually avoid social media unless I look at positive things or talk to my friends and that's about it because there is so much hate and lies on the internet and you just gotta know how to avoid it. I know many good people in real life who would say nothing bad on social media or become toxic so you need to go out and meet people like that.
