I hear ya about sitting so much. After being on this platform for 6 months, I began with swelling of the ankles to be added to the list of ailments so I take a lot of breaks. I have been wanting to try this but all of the numbers, my head starts spinning. I also need to find the time. Freewrites helped me so much to let go and to have fun, but lately I have nothing but blanks for them. This was a great piece of cake! LOL!
