Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javed Sarif welcomed the North Korean Foreign Minister Rai Yong Ho to Tehran on Tuesday. The tour began just hours after the United States announced a new economic blockade against the Islamic Republic.
According to the state-controlled Islamic Republic News Agency, CNN said two officials have been met and they have expressed their satisfaction over the existing bilateral and urged to further strengthen the relationship.
Without mentioning any direct reference, the news agency said that they discussed the interests of both regional and international developments.
