Khaleel is a useless player

Khaleel has given 44 runs in 4 overs, his career economy rate in T20s is 8.82. when this guy can't even bat, doesn't have raw pace or swing, then why is he consistently a part of the team. Navdeep should have been in the squad at least. Very poor selection, not having one raw pacer in the squad.
