I have not checked this, I just took the last (human) comment shown by hive.blog.

I think with the rule from the contest:

"The card goes to the person who has the lowest upvote balance, i.e. after payment of the post the lowest comment from top to bottom."

the card was sent to the correct winner.

From contest #7 on I have even done this more clear:

"The card goes to the person who has the lowest upvote balance, i.e. after payment of the post the lowest comment from top to bottom (how hive.blog shows the comments)."

To be honest I even don't know how to check this with rshares what you write.
I used before the site: https://beeme.icu/?account=wer-gewinnt
but they don't work anymore - instead of account-information their shows only in big letters "BLM".
