I'd like to see Georgia get a place at the top table, it would definitely be worth it for upcoming nations.

Maybe the 6 nations could offer a "play-off" style game. Last place team in 6 nations, plays top placed team in the European Cup. I could see Italy and Georgia exchanging places a few times.
