Good luck with trying to stack extra things for "them".... If they are not prepared to even have a few weeks(min) of dried/canned food, it doesn't even have to be specialised.... Pasta, rice and canned tomatoes!! Everyone will eat that and can be picked up cheap at any market.

Trying to save everyone, as cold as that sounds, will be the end the ones that have prepared. I've also tried to warn everyone of the inevitable coming collapse, but if people won't listen now, we can't help them.
