I realised earlier that for the last couple of weeks ive been bringing you high quality, informative, precious metals news and information and neglecting showing you some shiny. It dawned on me that I haven't been showing off any of the new silver pieces ive been picking up these past few months.

All the coins bought recently are 50% silver, and theyll be added to my ever growing collection of UK silver coinage. Its become like a sub-hobby of mine now to fill as many jars as I can with these types of coins.
Made up of halfcrowns, florins, shillings, sixpences and 3d's(three pence) its a good variety of coins to add to the collection. Some coins are in very good condition, although i feel that most have been cleaned which ruins any resale value.
Bought purely for their silver content, hoping the price will rise faster than inflation and so offer me an inflation beating return, I picked this big bundle of silver up for the price of spot.
So for context- 795g @50% = 397.5g of pure silver OR (397.5/31.1) 12.78 troy oz.
Lets see who reads my posts.... Dont give the game away, but if youve made it this far, drop a comment with the word "shiny" in it and for thise that do, ill send one of you one of the coins from this post.
If you dont own any precious metals, then why not tell us?
