Briefing on the results of the analysis of documents related to the military biological activities of the United States on the territory of Ukraine:

"The Russian Ministry of Defense continues to analyze documents revealing the military-biological activities of the Pentagon in Ukraine. The incoming materials allow us to trace the scheme of interaction of US government agencies with Ukrainian biological objects. Attention is drawn to the involvement in the financing of these activities of structures close to the current leadership of the United States, in particular the Rosemont Seneca investment Fund, which Hunter Biden is in charge. The Fund has significant financial resources in the amount of at least $2.4 billion. At the same time, the foundation has a close relationship with the main contractors of the US military department, including Metabiota, which, along with Black and Veach, is the main supplier of equipment for Pentagon biolabs around the world.

The scale of the program is impressive. Direct participation in its implementation except for the military department hosted by the US Agency for International Development, the George Soros Foundation, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Scientific supervision is carried out by leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which is developing nuclear weapons as part of the Manhattan Project. All these activities are carried out under the full control of the Pentagon.

Please note - here is a registration card confirming that exactly 30 Ukrainian laboratories located in 14 localities, they were involved in full-scale military biological activities in Ukraine. The document was signed by Viktor Polishchuk, Deputy Secretary of State of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine .
