Möglich ist es -- es kommt immer darauf an, wie ernsthaft es betrieben wird .. aber die MFG Partei besteht zum überwiegenden Teil aus Juristen und Ärzten .. die werden nicht locker lassen, vor allem dann

Auch das österreichische Verfassungsgericht stellt diese Fragen nur, wenn sie zuvor durch andere Gerichte hochgekommen sind, also wenn jemand diese Klagen eingebracht hat ! Und klagen kaann jeder Bürger
