The accounts we create don't have any keys and therefore they are not stored anywhere. Once I have the time I will add an option to generate keys for these accounts.

The limit is actually a technical one. Our storage provider allows single files to have a maximum file size of 3.8GB. To be on the safe site we only allow 3.5GB.

Signup on 3Speak should be pretty straight forward: Fill out the form. Click the link in the email. Done.
