"Ah...! Leave it... I'll do it later!"
"Ah...! I'm tired, I'll see soon!"
"Ah...! I'll fix it later!"
Common phrases but not normal attitudes!
I've been thinking a lot about my productivity...I've been multitasking almost 100% of the time, but not for me, not for my personal growth, not for my goals but for work and that's frustrating! You have a thousand charges all the time. You have that spare time and you start planning what you'll do at home, what you'll start doing first to reach your goals... And when it finally does, you're exhausted after a tired and unmotivated day at work.
You start to ask yourself about what you do at work, if your work will really help you to evolve, to grow in your career?
You wonder what these charges will do to you and what they will take!
I've asked myself these questions myself, I get home, take a shower, make some coffee, but it seems like the whole weight of the day is still on my back. I have goals to conquer, but I don't draw strength to be able to keep up with my ambitions. I think this is what work does to us, it ends up draining all the strength you would have to tread towards your goals.
Dia is loaded with so much mental and physical effort that it overloads any human being, and I know, in fact we know that it gives rise to the "burnout" effect.
What is Burnout?
“Burnout is an anxiety disorder with an exclusively work context, that is, the cause of stress is the relationship with work”.
I read that, Many Brazilians suffer from this disease, it is a proven disease that exists and is due to these demands that we have on a daily basis.
I thought about being more productive at home, I will relax and organize my rest and personal work schedules so that I can rest mentally and maximize my productivity, we all have to be productive, but we cannot condemn our health in exchange for it.
"Ah...! Deixa... Depois eu faço!"
"Ah...! estou cansado, daqui a pouco vejo!"
"Ah...!
