For the speed, I prefer Windows 7 because I can still write my own program using it and it deploys much faster than Windows 10 can execute my program. Majority of internet cafes here near us are using Windows 7Professional because it's much faster, much reliable when it comes to crashes and does not require a lot of rams and it will do fine on dual core. You can play games on it, do a lot of programming and even create your own games deploying it via html 5. By the way, Windows 10 already ended their support last April 10 and I don't know what kind of Windows Microsoft will come up with, but for sure it's going to be faster but will require a lot of ram to execute and a lot of hard disk space.
I also have my own blog and my web hosting site.
