Every person is born with an unbelievable power but has never been taught to use it in the right way. The power we are talking about is called visualization. Research conducted using brain imagers show that visualization works since neurons interpret imagery as equivalents to real-life action. When a person visualizes an act, the brain generates an impulse, telling our neurons to “perform” the movement. This creates a new neural pathway - clusters of cells in our brain that work together to create memories or learned behaviors - that primes our body to act in a way consistent to what we imagined. All of this occurs without actually performing the physical activity, yet it achieves a similar result.
If done correctly, visualization of your goals and desires accomplishes the following:
By using visualization, you become aware of everything that can help you achieve your goal. You impress an idea into your subconscious that eventually becomes ‘fixed’ and automatically moves you towards your desires.
